Okay, you got me! Not everyone I know made lasagna, but everyone I talked to about what they were preparing for their Christmas Eve or Christmas Day said they were making lasagna, including my family.
It began with a conversation with my wife on December 23nd when she asked what we were preparing for our Christmas Day meal. “Lasagna”, I said without hesitation.
